QUOTATION OF THE WEEK

“A university is just a group of buildings gathered around a library.”
Shelby Foote (1916-2005)

What does the Daniel Library mean to you? What should it look like? Is it more of a concept than a place?

  1. I went to automotive school so, the library was no more than a room in the basement.

I have always learned more through practice than reading and would consider a persons knowledge much more valuable than any book.

  2. These days libraries are getting emptier and you see less students... during my time we used to sit in a room holed up until mornings getting ready for exams... a true library is a place where you feel inspired..
